The Staff Core Values of Fort Caroline Baptist Church

Proficiency: We expect our staff members to be the experts in their field. This requires that we remain life-long learners and network with others in our ministry specialty to remain fresh and culturally relevant.

Teamwork: We expect our staff to support the entire ministry team objectives and goals. We will be supportive of one another’s ministry.

Loyalty: We will be loyal to the Senior Pastor and to one another within biblical guidelines.

Servant-Leadership: We expect our staff to meet the needs of other staff members if they have the ability and look for ways to assist them in meeting their ministry goals.

Communication: We will seek to understand before being understood. We will develop listening skills, communication skills, and conflict resolution skills.
