These words of Jesus remind me that without faith in Him as Lord and Savior there is no possibility of life as God meant us to enjoy it. Without Christ we are lost, confused, hopeless, and helpless. But Christ came to give us life! We can have an abundant, Christ-filled life here and now, and we can enjoy life with Him in eternity.
Sadly, many Christians are not even living the abundant life. It is my prayer that this blog will be a way to help others discover the way to possess and enjoy this abundant life Christ offers. I will write from the perspective of a pastor. But most of all, I will write as a fellow believer who struggles with many of the same life issues as you.
I also want this blog to be a way my dear church family can hear my heart and connect with me on a new level. The Fort Caroline Baptist family is the greatest group of people in the world! I am so humbled to be their pastor. I have always tried to be transparent with them. This blog will give them a glimpse into my life and heart.
